TallyCare is operational software for licensed Canadian child care. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace your licence, your provincial regulations, or your professional judgement.

Starting staff:child ratios are a starting point. Directors must review them against the current licence before going live and may override a row.

Service is billed per licensed site through Stripe, in calendar months (the 1st to the last). Pay $1 CAD now; that covers you until the next 1st (or the 1st after that if fewer than 14 days remain in this month). Then $99 CAD is charged automatically on the 1st of every month. Stripe emails a reminder about a week before. We do not add a prorated extra at signup. You may cancel before the next 1st. Stripe processes the card; TallyCare does not store full card numbers.

After payment you get access to the platform at app.tallycare.ca and run the centre yourself. Support is available at hello@tallycare.ca if you get stuck. TallyCare is not required to install rooms for you.
